Refund policy

At YHT Life, we are committed to providing high-quality wellness products and maintaining the integrity and safety of all supplements sold to our customers.

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, health products, and ingestible consumer goods, all sales are final and we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped or delivered.

No Returns on Opened or Used Products

For safety, hygiene, quality-control, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept the return of any product that has been:

• Opened

• Used

• Partially consumed

• Damaged after delivery

• Stored improperly

• Returned without authorization

Because dietary supplements are ingestible products, we are unable to restock or resell returned items once they leave our facility.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If you receive:

• A damaged item,

• An incorrect product, or

• A product with a manufacturing defect,

please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at:

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the product and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

If approved after review, we may, at our sole discretion:

• Replace the item,

• Issue store credit, or

• Provide another appropriate resolution.

We reserve the right to request additional information before approving any claim.

Shipping Costs

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except in cases where an error was caused by us.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of shipping addresses entered at checkout. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or undeliverable packages resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Our products are intended to support general wellness and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary. Customers are encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any dietary supplement, especially if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or under medical supervision.

Chargebacks & Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse service, limit future purchases, or dispute chargebacks where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, product misuse, or violation of this policy.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website and products constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
